Vasyl Stefanyk Carpathian National University once again confirmed its leading position among higher education institutions in Ukraine.
According to the results of the July edition of the international ranking Webometrics Ranking of World Universities 2026 , the university took 4th place among Ukrainian higher education institutions , improving its result by three positions compared to the previous edition of the ranking.
Webometrics is one of the most authoritative global university rankings, formed by an independent platform based on open data and its own methodology. The assessment takes into account the level of representation and influence of the university in the digital space, the openness of academic resources, as well as the effectiveness of scientific activity.
The high ranking of Carpathian University testifies to its powerful scientific potential, active development of digital infrastructure, openness of academic knowledge, and consistent strengthening of its international presence.
